As dilbert9 mentioned, there are plenty of dodgy sellers out there who will create a user for the purposes of singing their own praises.

Just a pain to deal with basically and not worth the hassle. Yes, they were the cheapest but only by around $2 on my item so definitely not worth the time and drama of it all. Maybe they are okay to deal with in store but i won't be buying anything online from them again.

This would be worth more than the item (which they have advertised at $5 on special). They will not put this offer in writing, nor respond to my email. I put a couple of more than reasonable offers to them (such as swap broken parts at Makita in Brisbane) They have been prepared to argue the point on the phone and do nothing.
